Doyen Launches Thermoforming Range for Medical Applications

A global provider of converting and packaging machines has introduced a new line of thermoforming machines. Dedicated to the packaging of sterile medical products, the two machines, MT150 and MT250, allow for the efficient processing of flexible, semi-rigid and rigid films. Available from Wymondham, UK–based Doyen Medipharm, the thermoformer range offers a variety of possibilities for forming and sealing top and bottom web, as well as multiple cutting options. The thermoformers are designed to offer easy access to tooling.

The company also offers four-side-seal packaging machines. Like all of the firm’s machines, the new thermoformer models are delivered validated and compliant to industry standards. Fully automated web and film converting lines are also offered.
