A range of console-controlled force-testing frames provides easy-to-use programmable options for testing product quality in design, laboratory, and production environments. The Multi-Test-x test frames are available in capacities ranging from 1000 N to 25 kN. They can be used for precision tension and compression testing in medical, packaging, plastics, electronic, and other industrial contexts. Each versatile all-in-one test system features a simple membrane-keypad interface, uses either preprogrammed tests or as many as 30 programs created by the user, is quick to run, and includes programmable safeguards to prevent inadvertent system damage. Test programs include load holding, speeds adjustable from 0.1 to 1000 mm/min, automatic free height capture, pass-fail reporting, and other features. A torque-testing version also is available.
