MEDTEC Southeast Asia Debuts in Singapore

Coming to Singapore’s Suntec Centre on 1 and 2 December, MEDTEC Southeast Asia 2010 is described as a networking and business event for the international medical device manufacturing industry. Organised by Canon Communications LLC, which publishes EMDT, the event will welcome approximately 100 of the world’s leading suppliers of products ranging from biomaterials and medical packaging to electronics. Running parallel to the trade show, a conference will address topics such as investment strategies in Southeast Asia’s medical device industry, effective management of the supply chain and innovations in biomaterials.

The event is expected to attract the participation of a wide range of delegates, all primarily involved in the design and manufacture of medical devices in the region, and companies from further afield with an interest in contract manufacturing or establishing their own manufacturing presence in Asia. The event will focus on opportunities within Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
