The Werth ScopeCheck CMM, a column-type machine on a granite base, is designed to provide low measuring uncertainties and high dynamics in CNC mode. Covered guideways and scales allow for use under rough manufacturing conditions. The measuring capacity of this range of products extends up to 400 mm in the x axis and 200 mm in the y axis. A central feature basic to all Werth ScopeCheck CMMs is an image-processing sensor with custom software designed for dimensional metrology for transmitted and incident light measurement. The range of applications can be expanded by the integration of additional sensors. Touch trigger probes, motorised probe heads and stylus changing options increase the level of flexibility and ensure configurations specific to the applications. The new WinWerth 7.31 measurement software allows for efficient and simple operation of the machines, enabling them to be used even by untrained operators.
