Piezo-resistive pressure sensor suitable for a range of medical device applications

The P6000 pressure sensor from Kavlico is suitable for a range of medical device applications including respirators and oxygen generators. Measuring less than 3 cm in length, the piezo-resistive sensor is available in gage or absolute pressure ranges of 0–100 mbar to 0–5 bar. Compatible with a range of liquids and gases, the pressure sensor provides a calibrated, temperaturecompensated linear analogue output of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc.
