Reliance Precision Mechatronics has introduced a range of linear guide ways and slides with standard rail sizes ranging from 3 to 42 mm combined with a variety of carriage configurations. The reinforced high-integrity carriage construction is designed for high-speed running where bidirectional forces are minimised and impact stresses are absorbed.

Manufactured from stainless steel, the guides’ design incorporates a 45° contact angle, which enables an equal-load carrying capacity in all directions. Large recirculating balls designed into the small space enhance stiffness and torsional resistance, thus supporting high loads and moment loading. The linear guides are available with a choice of carriage and rail-sealing systems, reinforcement-plate options and lubrication systems.
